HOA Dues are $110 starting January 1, 2023.  Your dues go to many different amenities.   We all have access to the Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis Court , Parking and Common grounds.  All the common grounds are maintained by the HOA, such as mowing, flower and shrub bed care, weed control, and general grounds clean-up.  In addition, the common area Utilities & Insurance, Garbage pickup, Clubhouse termite & pest control are included.
